Dr. Luis R. Vera Morales
A pioneer in Mexican Environmental law and practice, V&A founding partner, Luis Vera received his law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD) in Mexico City. The Universidad Panamericana (UP) awarded him a post-graduate certificate in Economic and Corporate Law. As a Fulbright Scholar and Ford MacArthur Scholar, he studied at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, culminating in a Master of Laws degree with honors in Environmental and Energy Law.
Lic. Alejandro Aldana Galbán
J.D. graduate from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), where he also received a postgraduate degree. He holds several postgraduate degrees related to International Comparative Law from Ryerson University (Canada) and to environmental crimes from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (USA) and the University of Texas (USA).
Lic. Gabriel Bustamante Brambila
He is a law graduate from the Unversidad Iberoamericana. Prior to joining the Firm he worked as an intern at the Mexican law firm called Cuetara, Serna y Bolaños, which specializes in civil and commerce litigation. He has conducted several international studies in society, art, culture and Italian language. Within V&A he is collaborating in the area of environmental consulting team, developing projects such as the construction of hazardous materials and waste containers, high impact great roads, tourism development and others.
Lic. Gerardo Freyre Fregoso
Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), Azcapotzalco campus. He has received several postgraduates degrees in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Amparo (injunction trial) and Taxes, such as the one on Administrative Proceedings from the Institute of Studies on Administrative Justice of the Federal Tribunal of Tax and Administrative Justice, Tax Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the Diploma course on Environmental Law and Natural Resources at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
