J.D. graduate from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma Metropolitana (UAM), where he also received a postgraduate degree. He holds several postgraduate degrees related to International Comparative Law from Ryerson University (Canada) and to environmental crimes from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (USA) and the University of Texas (USA). He has authored several articles on environmental matters. He has been a professor of Environmental Law at the Universidad Anahuac del Norte (M\u00e9xico). Between 1992 and 1998, he worked at the General Legal Counsel Department of the Attorney General\u00b4s Office for the Protection of the Environment (PROFEPA) where he was head of the Environmental Consulting Department and Undersecretary for Appeals. Between 1998 and 2000 he was Assistant Legal Delegate at the Offices of the PROPEFA in Chihuahua. He specializes in water, environmental impact, energy, as well as tax, administrative and environmental litigation.<\/p>\n
