He is a J.D. graduate from the Superior School of Law, in Canc\u00fan,Quintana Roo. He holds Diplomas in various areas such as amparo, biogenetic, human rights, civil rights and environmental criminal offenses, granted by the Supreme Court of Justice. Professionally he has served as counsel for various recognized lawfirms in the city of Canc\u00fan and has also served at the General Attorney\u00b4s Office (PGR) and the Federal Attorney\u00b4s Office for Environmental Protection (PROFEPA). He is also a member of various advisory boards and opinion groups on environmental issues. Currently, he performs his duties in the office in Canc\u00fan, Quintana Roo. His areas of specialization within the firm are: environmental impact, land use, wildlife, forestry land, federal maritime zone, climate change, health risks, water, environmental administrative, civil and criminal litigation.<\/p>\n
