Graduated in Law from the Law School of the National Bar Association, as a collaborator of the British Embassy in Mexico, she studied a course given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom entitled: “Programming and Management of Projects in the Political Context”<\/span> , in London.<\/span> He has a diploma in International Environmental Law issued by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR, for its acronym in English) in Geneva, Switzerland and a diploma on Social Impact Assessment and Consultation by the Latin American Faculty of Sciences<\/span> Social (FLACSO).<\/span> She specializes in Energy and Environmental Policy and Management by FLACSO and she has a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Policy and Management with a mention of excellence awarded by FLACSO itself.<\/span><\/p>\n His areas of specialization are: implementation and management of environmental projects (at the international, national and local level);<\/span> preparation of legislative studies for organizations such as the United Nations Environment Program and the United Nations Development Program;<\/span> development of federal and state environmental legislation;<\/span> tourism, mining, infrastructure and energy projects;<\/span> water, climate change, environmental impact assessment, land use change in forest lands and hazardous waste management;<\/span> environmental audits;<\/span> and comparative law.<\/span><\/p>\n Spanish, English and French<\/p>\nSpecialty<\/span><\/h6>\n
