• Advising on emissions of odors, gases and solid particles into the atmosphere, either by stationary or mobile sources under federal or state jurisdiction.
• Advising on equipment and atmospheric control systems that comply with applicable Mexican Official Standards.
• Advising on, and training to file and comply with the comprehensive Environmental License (LAU) and Annual Operation Certificate
  (COA).
